<span itemprop="name">Chai Tea Concentrate</span>

I really enjoy this hot but it is also really good in the summer served over ice.

Ingredients

  • 6 c water
  • 6 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mace
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves
  • 3 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. ground cardamon
  • 8 tbsp. sugar
  • 8 tbsp. honey
  • 4 bags black tea

Instructions

  1. Combine all spices, tea bags, honey and sugar with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Turn the burner to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Turn off burner and stir in the vanilla.
  4. Once cool strain spices and tea and store in glass jar.
  5. To make add 1/2 Chia Tea Concentrate and 1/2 milk and heat.
